Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Roofing Man provides the following services in the Klang Valley area:

  • Roof leak detection and repair
  • Waterproofing services
  • Re-roofing and roof replacement
  • Roof coating and maintenance
  • Gutter cleaning and repair
  • Roof inspections and assessments

Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include standard labour and materials as specified.
  • Additional work discovered during the project may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Appointments and Access

  • You must ensure safe access to the roof and work areas.
  • Someone must be present at the property during scheduled work.
  • Please inform us of any hazards or restrictions at your property.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required for larger projects before work commences.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment methods.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

Warranty

Our warranty terms are as follows:

  • Leak Repairs: Minimum 30-day warranty on workmanship.
  • Waterproofing: Up to 2-year warranty depending on the system used.
  • Re-roofing: Warranty terms as specified in your quotation.
  • Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials supplied by us.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by external factors, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural issues not related to our work.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • We recommend homeowners maintain adequate home insurance coverage.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made after materials have been ordered.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated no-shows.
