Protect and Beautify Your Roof
Roof coating is a cost-effective way to extend your roof’s lifespan, reduce indoor heat, and improve your home’s appearance - all without the expense of full roof replacement.

Benefits of Roof Coating
Temperature Reduction
Reflective roof coatings bounce sunlight away from your roof instead of absorbing it. This can reduce roof surface temperature by up to 20°C and indoor temperature by 3-5°C, lowering your air conditioning costs.
Extended Roof Life
A protective coating shields your tiles from UV damage, rain, and pollution. This prevents surface degradation and can add years to your roof’s serviceable life.
Improved Appearance
Faded, stained, or moss-covered roofs look old and neglected. A fresh coating transforms your roof’s appearance and improves curb appeal.
Prevents Moss and Algae
Quality roof coatings include anti-fungal properties that prevent the growth of moss, algae, and mold that can damage tiles over time.
Types of Roof Coating
Reflective (Cool Roof) Coating
White or light-colored coating that reflects solar radiation. Best for maximum heat reduction.
- Heat reduction: Up to 10°C in attic
- Best for: Homes with hot upper floors
- Colors: White, light gray
Colored Protective Coating
Adds protection while maintaining or changing roof color. Less reflective than white coatings.
- Heat reduction: Moderate
- Best for: Aesthetic improvement
- Colors: Various options available
Waterproof Coating
Combines protection with waterproofing properties. Good for roofs with minor seepage issues.
- Heat reduction: Varies by color
- Best for: Older roofs with minor dampness
- Colors: Limited options

Our Coating Process
1. Roof Assessment
We inspect your roof condition to determine if coating is suitable and recommend the right product.
2. Thorough Cleaning
The roof is pressure washed to remove all dirt, moss, algae, and loose material. This step is critical for coating adhesion.
3. Repairs
Any cracked tiles, damaged pointing, or loose fittings are repaired before coating.
4. Primer Application
A primer coat is applied to ensure the coating bonds properly to the tile surface.
5. Coating Application
Two coats of protective coating are applied using professional equipment, with proper drying time between coats.
6. Final Inspection
We check the entire roof for complete, uniform coverage before project completion.
Is Roof Coating Right for You?
Roof coating is ideal when:
- Your roof tiles are in reasonable condition but look faded or stained
- You want to reduce indoor heat without major renovation
- You want to extend the life of your existing roof
- Your roof has minor surface weathering but no structural issues
Roof coating is NOT suitable when:
- Multiple active leaks are present (fix leaks first)
- Tiles are extensively cracked or broken
- The roof structure is compromised
- Heavy waterproofing is needed (choose waterproofing instead)
